- $30 per month, depending on the service. The sites

The BEST site I have found to date
for listing both foreclosures and for sale by owner
properties, as well as providing useful information on the
foreclosure and FSBO process is Bargain.com. They offer
a 30 day free trial period and after that it is only $9.95 a
month!
